"Our convertible top on our Audi A5 quit working properly. It would go all the way down, but when I tried to put it back up it would go about 95% of the way but stop about 3 inches from closing and latching securely. I took the car to our local dealership and they had the car for 4 days and diagnosed what they thought was the problem. They then emailed me a copy of the invoice which listed 3 major components that needed to be replaced at a total of over $6,000 for parts and labor. I then took my car to Lee to get his thoughts on the problem. After less than 24 hours, Lee and his team diagnosed and fixed the problem for under $500. Lee, you have my business for life!! I'll tell everyone I know that has a convertible or sun roof to bypass every other shop and head straight to you for the best work, best price and best customer service!! Thank you!"

"The sunshade wasn’t working properly on my Targa. I soon discovered that not many mechanics are familiar with the operations of the Targa top. After inquiring at several local Porsche repair shops, I received a referral to AAA Convertible….I was told it’s the best (convertible, sunroof, Targa) repair shop around. It’s a small shop with a busy calendar, I had to wait 1 month for my appointment date.
I brought my car in the morning and received a call later around 5pm that the repair was complete and ready for pick up. Apparently there was a malfunction with springs that operates the sunshade. No new parts were needed which kept costs down however the chance of operational failure still remains. They also lubricated the rubber seals of the top to help eliminate annoying cabin squeaking noises.
The total repair cost was $385.
The overall service/experience was good however I’m left without the confidence of knowing the sunshade won’t malfunction again (to no fault of AAA Convertible).
I highly recommend AAA convertible!"
