"The sunshade wasn’t working properly on my Targa. I soon discovered that not many mechanics are familiar with the operations of the Targa top. After inquiring at several local Porsche repair shops, I received a referral to AAA Convertible….I was told it’s the best (convertible, sunroof, Targa) repair shop around. It’s a small shop with a busy calendar, I had to wait 1 month for my appointment date.
I brought my car in the morning and received a call later around 5pm that the repair was complete and ready for pick up. Apparently there was a malfunction with springs that operates the sunshade. No new parts were needed which kept costs down however the chance of operational failure still remains. They also lubricated the rubber seals of the top to help eliminate annoying cabin squeaking noises.
The total repair cost was $385.
The overall service/experience was good however I’m left without the confidence of knowing the sunshade won’t malfunction again (to no fault of AAA Convertible).
I highly recommend AAA convertible!"

"I took a SL500 R230 here and I was terrified of the complications and technology this car has. After reading all the reviews I knew these guys know what their doing, and I can honestly say every review is true. The roof was stuck open and roll bar was stuck in the up position, and no one knows how to fix this issue but these guys. We are very satisfied with their work and excellent prices. They rebuilt the hydraulic pump, which was long overdue, and got the roll bar working again which means they took everything apart and back together without leaving a scratch in the interior which takes talent, patience and professionalism. I highly recommend these guys for roof repair, on any cars or model!"
