"Finally a place that knows what they are doing. I’ve had issues with my after market sunroof that had been installed in my truck in 2007. It would come out of alignment, then it would leak, then one day it opened and due to being out of alignment it broke. I had a few diff places try to fix it and the last place made everything worse. The destroyed all of the clips for the headliner and visors and molding around the roof and couldn’t fix the sunroof issues. I held off thinking one day maybe I’ll find someone who knows what they are doing. With the recent semi heavy SoCal rain I was forced to start my search yet again for a place that could fix my sunroof. Other then the chemical smell of the new headliner which will hopefully fade in time or give me cancer first I am very happy with the results. Lee gave me two options. Order parts and fix the old problematic sunroof that I know will as well will give me trouble again as it’s old technology or install a new sunroof and start fresh. I chose the new sunroof. I wish I found Lee sooner. I had such bad experiences with other places that I was afraid to let anyone touch my truck and further damage it. Thank you Lee!"

Couldn’t have been better!

"Could not have had a better experience! The sunroof on my 2013 F150 went south in the half-open position and wouldn't budge after hearing a loud cracking sound. The local Ford dealership estimated the repair at $800-$2400, and since they knew it was a "gotta do it" repair, they offered to diagnose it for free. After doing so (they probably didn't even look at it), the quote was $2800! I found AAA Convertible and Sunroof online and told Lee, the owner, that I had a quote from the dealership to which he responded "They told you $2700, right." I told him he was a bit low and he then quoted me $850 over the phone and said that I'd have the truck back in a couple of hours. He then told me he does 1-2 F150's a week, as it's a common problem with the trucks, and that another Ford dealership sends their F150's to him when they have sunroof issues. He further said the dealerships typically know the problem before they even see the vehicle due to the frequency of the repair. Upon seeing the vehicle, Lee offered to replace my front windshield as it had a large crack that I'd procrastinated to repair and quoted me $275, which was the lowest quote I'd received. He suggested leaving the vehicle with him overnight and that he'd fix both items by noon the following day. As promised, Lee delivered! He called at 11:30 the next day to say the truck was ready to go. As painful as it was to part with $1100+, Lee's expertise and honesty made the whole experience as easy as possible. He also showed me the broken sunroof parts and explained how and why the break. The bottom line is that an out-of-the-blue repair that few expect was handled as painlessly and expertly as possible. That, coupled with how pleasant and friendly Lee and Santiago were, compelled me to share my experience with you. Thanks, Lee!"
