"The sunroof cables in my 2018 Mini Cooper Convertible broke. The LA dealership said they would have to replace the entire top for 14k. Ridiculous. I brought the vehicle to Lee, and he simplified the entire process. Lee knew exactly what part was broken, and didn't have to replace the entire top - saving me a ton of money. 5 months later, the same problem occurred. I brought the vehicle back to Lee the next day. He knew exactly what the issue was again within 30 seconds. He called the Mini dealership in Santa Ana. They did an inspection same day to verify that the part was indeed faulty. AND they did an inspection to make sure Lee installed it correctly. As expected, Mini confirmed Lee installed it perfectly and that the part was faulty. Mini replaced the part and the labor under warranty for free. Lee went above and beyond to make sure his service was the best it could be. He coordinated this repair and service through and through. He is a total master at his craft and a genuinely nice person. I fully recommend going to AAA Convertible! They will fix it and make sure it stays fixed"

Save yourself the headache, aggravation, and frustration and give them a call.
