They do good work here but the owner, Lee, has no concept of customer service. He is rude, disrespectful, and unstable. He may be suffering from an untreated personality disorder. Only go here if you don't mind being yelled at and made to wait while he tries to upsell services to other customers. Lee does not realize that a customer's time is valuable and he will make you wait for no reason while he chitchats with other customers."

"Went here for a quick patch job on a small tear on my s2k and they helped me out fast. Color isn't exact but they set that expectation before they started which was good. No scary surprises here. I would come back again."

"I got my car back yesterday (1/16/18) as promised, with all of the work completed on time, and on budget. I was impressed with Lee's willingness to walk me through what was, and was not wrong with my top during my visit to the shop. I left that day feeling like I wasn't going to get a call with "additional work" that he "found" while he had my car. I wasn't disappointed. Lee and I happen to reside in the same city and he was willing to drive my car to his home, saving me another trip to the O.C. Besides warrantying all of his work, what more reassurance could he give that he stands behind his work than letting me know where he lives? Would you do that if you were doing people dirty? Enough said!"
